Awards to Deserving Students
Through a thoughtful evaluation, WWW was pleased to grant achievement awards to eight graduating Coachella Valley High School students. These students are: Maria Aguilar, Cynthia Cardenas, Corely Chavez, Vanessa Fonseca, Maribel Jaquez, Nadia Marisol, Andrea Ramirez, and Eliana Sanchez.
These students were outstanding in their academic and social achievements yet in need of financial assistance to continue their education. The award of $1,000 was provided to each deserving student and was used toward tuition, supplies and housing for the fall 2008 term at the college of their choice.
